The report claims Nainggolan, who was a top target for Chelsea last summer, would be open to leaving the Italian capital.

Tiemoue Bakayoko is set to join Chelsea on Friday after a drawn-out transfer saga after the Blues reached a deal with Monaco on Wednesday night, French outlet RMC   reports.
The deal will come as a relief for Antonio Conte, who has seen a number of his top transfer targets missed this summer but has finally landed the midfielder.

Barcelona have made Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta their number one target this summer, according to a report from Spanish publication Marca .
The Catalan club continue their search for a right-back, having failed to lure Arsenal Hector Bellerin to Camp Nou, which has led them to the Chelsea defender instead.

LIVERPOOL OFFER FOR CORREA

Liverpool have offered Atletico Madrid striker Angel Correa a five-year deal at Anfield, according to  Foot Mercato .
Despite starting just 15 games last season for the Liga side, the Argentine struck eight goals and eight assists and will earn around £77,000 per week should he opt to move to the Premier League.
